Do you accept returns or refunds?
For hygienic purposes, we can not return/exchange mugs or glassware.
*Once payments are processed, sales are final. No refunds will be issued, unless there is an error on our side.
T-shirts may be exchanged within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. T-shirts may be exchanged for a different size ONLY ONCE. All shipping fees for returning t-shirts to us are the responsibility of the customer. We will ship the replacement t-shirt back to you for free.

Please note: Some countries charge import taxes on packages sent from overseas. We are NOT responsible for any taxes imposed on packages once they have departed the USA. Thank you for your understanding.
When will my order be shipped & delivered?
Orders placed during the week (Monday-Friday) before 9:30 AM (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 9:30 AM (EST) will be shipped the following business day (*excluding holidays).
Within the 51 United States, packages take approximately 1-5 business days once they've been shipped. Alaska & Hawaii may take slightly longer.
International shipping will vary depending on the destination.
*Once your order is processed and the shipment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
No worries! With each order, you will receive an email with a Priority Mail tracking number to follow your package as it's being delivered. If for whatever reason your tracking number is not working, feel free to give us a shout and we'll figure out what's going on, as soon as we can!
What happens if my item shows up broken?
Oh no! While we do our very best to safely package our products, we are not responsible for the way packages are handled during delivery. Ultimately they are very fragile and sometimes break in transit. Luckily, almost every package we ship comes with an insurance policy! So if this does happen, just take a picture of the broken cup(s) and send it to us at: email@example.com so we can file a claim with USPS. Once we receive the photo, we'll ship you out a replacement with extra protection!
*All broken items must be reported to us by email within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Broken items reported after 7 days will not be eligible for replacement.
