"There are no bad students. Only inflexible teachers."
His name is Richard Williams, better known as Prince Ea. You might recognise him from some of the many viral videos he's had on Facebook. His discussions consist of powerful words from his life experiences and are backed up with his honors degree in anthropology.
"I never let my schooling interfere with my education."
-Mark Twain

He urges the decision makers to rethink the way we teach our children, and advocates the theory of multiple-intelligences, that every student learns differently. I enjoyed the speech and thought it should be shared with other teachers. What do you think? Let us know in the comments below!
